Recently completed maintenance and inspection work

• Contractors for the State of Colorado Health Department drilled inspection holes, also called "potholes," at selected locations in the neighborhood to verify that there are no lead pipes in our water supply system. The work was completed during September, 2025, and no lead was found in the system.. We want to thank all the people who inspected their own pipes or agreed to the drilling on their property.
• February 2025: A new backflow prevention device was installed at the point where we connect to the ELCO water line, at Laporte Ave. and Sunset. This is required to isolate our system from other ELCO custormers.
• July 2023: Fire hydrants were opened to flush out sediment
• April 2023: The complete system was scanned in by American Leak Detection and no leaks were found.
• April 2023: ELCO verified that the district's water pressure is normal.
• February 2023: A major water main leak along So.th Sunset St. was repaired.
